A professional pastry chef with many years of experience will guide you through the different baking techniques and tips including kneading, rolling and folding the dough with butter. We will make a selection of traditional and delicious Danish pastries (Wienerbrød). The course will have a break with coffee/tea where you can try some of your Danish pastries and exchange your cultural/baking experiences. Along the way I will tell you about danish history, and you will get insights into design, architecture, culture and current affairs as well. From the ancient vikings, to H.C. Andersen, to the current royal family, the Danish welfare system and more. I encourage dialogue and a fun relaxed atmosphere. We cycle between sites, enjoying the city on the way, and at each site stop and have a talk about the site and it’s context and significance. I am Danish, born and raised in Copenhagen, but fluent in english, so you will be in good hands. Next, you will visit one of the best food markets the city has to offer, where you will try a traditional Danish fish-meatball, as well as a locally brewed beer. This is then followed by a delicious Danish chocolate dessert called Flødebolle. Your guide will entertain with some storytelling while you enjoy your tastings. Your group will continue to a restaurant that serves some delicious Danish Smørrebrød, which are open faced sandwiches made with the freshest ingredients you can find. Finally, the group will try some freshly-made Danish pastries as a dessert to conclude the tour.

Vi starter fra Dokk 1, Århus' nye multimediecenter, der vender hele by på hovedet! Efter introduktionen til byen og til hinanden går vi ved strandpromenaden. Vi vil opdage den kunst, der er lavet af havet selv, vi vil også høre om talenter fra den danske kongefamilie. Du vil lære om de ondskabsfulde vittigheder, som Århus Theatre spillede, og du vil finde ud af, hvor inspirerende den dårlige nats søvn var for den mest berømte dansker i verden! Vi går gennem det latinske kvarter og taler om, hvordan små begivenheder nogle gange kan ændre historien, og hvordan kunstnere bruger deres talenter til at omskrive den. Vi når et unikt tag, som du kan gå op til uden at gå ind i bygningen eller bruge nogen trin! Du får mulighed for at føle Aarhus' kreative ånd i kulturcentret. Bagefter tager vi til parken i rådhuset, hvor der venter masser af kunst! Gennem hovedgaden er vi på vej til en spektakulær tagterrasse med den bedste panoramaudsigt over Århus. Når rundvisningen er slut, kan vi nyde oplevelsen med dansk gademad og smage god gammel traditionel mad og nye hippe retter. Der er en god frokost med to lokale retter og en drink. Vi mødes ved fjorden om morgenen, hvor jeg har kajakkerne klar til jer. Vi tilpasser udstyret, mens jeg fortæller om kajakkerne, hvordan man padler og hvad man skal gøre i en nødsituation. Så fortæller jeg om området og giver information om vind og vejr. Vi padler ind i fjorden eller ud mod havet langs kysten. Jeg giver instruktioner om teknik og fortæller om området. Vi stopper og ser på hvad vi møder på vejen. Der er et rigt dyreliv i dette område, og jeg vil fortælle om hvad vi ser, når vi kommer forbi. Der er øer kun befolket af fugle og en gammel pumpestation, der stadig bruges i dag. Halvvejs gennem dagen tager vi en pause hvor det er muligt at spiser en snack. Efter pausen begynder vi at padle tilbage, og der vil være tid til at lege i kajakkerne. Når vi kommer tilbage, vil jeg samle alt udstyr og besvarer eventuelle spørgsmål om dagens oplevelser. We do Social Sailing, which means your captain will ask personal questions along the tour so we get to know each other and share experiences. This is our "Hidden gems" tour where we will show our own favorite spots, which are off the beaten track from the standard path. Expect to get an introduction to areas we think are cool, local, and where you get a great a sense of what the life in Copenhagen is all about. The harbor in Copenhagen is undergoing rapid change, from an industrial harbor to recreational space open to everyone living in the city. During the summer months it acts as the main nerve binding the city together and attracting numerous water-based activities in the process. You will see how this is folds out with Kayaks passing by and happy Danes jumping into the water. As we explore the upcoming areas away from the inner part of the city you will see how former industrial buildings are being transformed into new spaces and how Copenhagen is evolving as a city. Din HydroBike-tur begynder i Christiania Strand Park, en kort gåtur fra det berømte Christiania. Inden rundvisningen starter, giver guiden en kort sikkerhedsbeskrivelse, og du har tid til at prøve din vandcykel i roligt vand. Så begynder eventyret! Nyd en kort rundtur i København havn for at se det ikoniske operahus i København, Frederiks kirke og det Kongelige Danske Operahus. På nuværende tidspunkt er du bekendt med cyklen og har en god fornemmelse af rundvisningen. Derefter gennem de smalle kanaler vest for havnen, passer husbåde, private yachter og caféer ved vandet. Trafikken flyder den ene vej, så alle sejler i samme retning. Det er sjovt at dele rejsen med andre vandbrugere. Når vi krydser Københavns havn mod øst, ser vi Circle Bridge og Black Diamond, før vi går ind i Christiansborg Canal. Vi cykler under gamle buegangbroer prydet med vikinge ansigter skåret i sten og en bred vifte af både, mennesker og bygninger. Vi passerer Børsen - den ældste børs i Danmark og Christiansborg Slot. Vi holder muligvis en pause på Kayak Bar. Så tager vi sydpå og passerer de farverige bygninger ved Nyhavn og cykler ved langs byen indtil Ofelia Plads. Vi nyder en fantastisk udsigt over København, der reflekteres på overfladen. Endelig krydser du havnen igen og er på vej tilbage. Vores rundvisning slutter, hvor den begynder.

With this activity I want to give you a combined nature and sport experience. Danes love to bike and is one of the countries in the world with most bikes per Capita. I want to share this passion with you, add an extra dimension and bring you for a mountain bike experience into the beautiful Marselis forest, just on the edge of Aarhus. On this beautiful route, I will guide you through the trails made for mountain biking and might even be able to help you with some tips and tricks for improving the technique. In order to arrange the program properly, I will have to get an indication of your MTB level and fitness. The longest trip will be over 25 km of biking, but there will be options to shorten that into different route variations. 10.30 - we meet at the "Bike wash station Aarhus" just a few meters from the adress Strandvejen 140 or Helnan Marselis Hotel. Here you will get a short introduction and we make sure to make any needed adjustments to the bikes so they fit 10.35 - We enter the trails in the woods 13.15 - We finish the day at the meeting point with a coffee and talk about the days action. The total time of the event depends on the pace and the route we take. With a medium level of experience and if we take the full route, expect around 2-2.5 hours on the trails

Whether you are traveling solo, with your better half, with friends/family or your pet, it can be hard to capture great photos on vacations. Don't leave it to a stranger on the street, let me show you some of Odense’s most famous tourist spots and picturesque corners off the beaten path. The photo shoot is always private: for one person, one couple, one family etc. There are absolutely no model skills needed. I will show you some simple and natural poses and make sure to capture you in the best lighting. You will get around 20 - 30 photos - with beautiful color and light correction, in high resolution to download within 3 days. I am very flexible when it comes to ideas, time and date.
