First, we will start our trip in Chefchaoun walking through the historic blue houses by foot. Our trip starts from Chefchaoun to Akshour. Here we have a number of options to get to the national park area of Akshour, roughly 15km away. Option 1- We can take a local shared taxi which you pay individually per seat in the taxi. This costs roughly 25 dirham. Option 2- For any adventurous and thrill seeking people we can hire quad bikes from Chefchaoun and ride the quads through the moutains having oppoutunites to stop and take incredible pictures along the route. Option 3- If you have your own car then you are more than welcome to use this and we can travel freely together through the mountains stopping where you please for pictures and views along the way. When we arrive to Akshour we will have the option of visitng the waterfalls, Bridge of god, and have the oppourtunity to relax and take in the spectactular views. Faremo una bella passeggiata di circa 3 ore nei quartieri patrimonio Unesco della città di Granada. Passeggiando nel labirinto del quartiere arabo, vi racconterò la secolare storia di questa città. Perdendoci in bellissime e strettissime viuzze, ripercorreremo la storia di Granada partendo dalle popolazioni indigene, passando per romani, vandali e visigoti e concentrandoci sul periodo arabo. Risalendo la collina vi mostrerò delle viste mozzafiato sulla città e sull'Alhambra. Vi parlerò della Reconquista, della convivenza tra musulmani, ebrei e cristiani, dell'arrivo dei gitani e della loro straordinaria arte: il Flamenco. Sarà un percorso storico che vi permetterà di vivere luoghi bellissimi che dei normali turisti non avrebbero mai la possibilità di vedere e di apprendere e conoscere i punti salienti dell'importante storia di Granada. Converseremo insieme per rendere questa esperienza una possibilità di arricchimento reciproco. Adoro lo scambio di informazioni e di modi di vivere la vita, incontrare nuove persone che portano nei loro viaggi un grande background culturale. In questo piccolo viaggio parleremo di Granada, ma anche di noi, di quello che siamo, di quello che facciamo, delle nostre esperienze e dei nostri sogni. Nos encontraremos en el mercado de Ruzafa (en la puerta exterior de la parte marrón) a dos minuto de LaLlarga. Entre sus puestos repletos de productos frescos y gente aprenderemos juntos a Ramon, guia oficial del ayuntamiento, como comprar los mejores productos para nuestra paella. LaLlarga està en apena 3 minutos andando en un paseo agradable por las calles del barrio mas bohemio de Valencia. El local era un antigua carniceria convertida en uno de los locales mas emblematicos del barrio, presente en Lonely Planet, Guia AD , tripadvisor y en muchas publicaciones mas, LaLlarga serà para las horas de nuestra clase un lugar estraordinario donde estar juntos. En el antiguo banco original de marmol prepararemos los entrentas, el la barra bar y el cepo de madera probaremos el agua de Valencia, que haremos con naranjas frescas y unos vinos locales. En el medio del local nos dedicaremos a ella, la indiscutible reina de la gastronomia Valenciana: la Paella! Sin estress y de forma facil e intuitiba iremos aprendendo como cortar los ingrediente, en que orden ponerlos y como dosificar todo bien para que se cumpla la magia.
